Elmoprint delivers hot foils for printing on all kinds of plastic film, aluminium foils and labels and on parchment, paper, cardboard and other materials. Hot foils in many colours are supplied to dairies, slaughterhouses, the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry, and the graphics sector.

Elmoprint imports the hot foil in jumbo rolls from various manufacturers all over the world and, at our factory, it is wound up into the rolls used on our hot-stamp coders. In this way, high quality is achieved, with consistently uniform rolls, along with good quality assurance, as Elmoprint visually inspects the hot foil as it is being wound up.
Hot foil is wound up in lengths of 122 m, 183 m, 305 m and 430 m, as well as in the following standard widths: 20, 25, 30, 35, 38, 40, 44, 47, 50, 54, 60, 63, 69, 76, 80, 84 and 95 mm.

Elmoprint can also quickly meet customer requests for new roll dimensions. Elmoprint stocks a wide selection of hot foils. In order to choose the right hot foil for your precise needs, we are always ready to perform trial printing on materials that are sent to us. Elmoprint will be pleased to send trial rolls so you can test our hot foils in your own production process.

Hot foil from Elmoprint is non-toxic. A certificate of compliance with EN71 (the toy standard) is available on request from Elmoprint. This certificate also indicates that the hot foil complies with the widely discussed threshold limits for heavy metals – thresholds that will be gradually introduced for packaging in the years ahead.
