Our standard range of hot-stamp coders for the manufacturing industry is thoroughly tested and meets the need for coding dates, batch numbers, etc.
Our coders are suitable for being built into packing machinery and label dispensers. The hot-stamp coders are made of anodised aluminium and stainless steel and are designed to work in all environments. Only minor changes have been made to the mechanical design over the years, but the coders are now digitally controlled and the temperature controls offer additional functions.
Below are the specifications of five of Elmoprint’s standard machines. The table makes it fast to find the machine with the print area, speed and printing force that suits your job.

The hot-stamp coders are generally controlled by a photocell, an inductive sensor or a microswitch that is triggered by either a cam disk or by another movable part of the packing machine. The installation can be horizontal, vertical or upside down. With a single motion, the hot-stamp coder can be rotated 360° on its own axis. The hot-stamp coder is available built into a holder where the print can be offset both transversely and longitudinally.
